Holloway PhoebeHOLLOWAY, Phoebe Florence (nee Pond) – (May 3, 1937 - January 14, 2019)  With great sadness we say goodbye to the rock of our family as she joins her loving husband Benjamin for eternity.

Phoebe will be missed by brother Roy and Linda Pond and sister Mae and Bill Barnes of North Sydney, Nova Scotia, her children Edwin (Tracy), Jerry (Julie), Joshlyn (Ron), Garry, Sandra (Jesse) and Daniel (Linda) and her grandchildren Joseph (Nicole), Edwin, Sandra (Scott), Jeffery (Rebecca), Clayton, Jesse (Ashley), Spencer and Aaron, as well as her 11 great-grandchildren.

Her courage, strength and unfailing sense of humour even in the most difficult times was an inspiration for all of us.

In accordance with her wishes, in lieu of flowers donations can be made in Phoebe’s memory to the Salvation Army West Hill Citadel or the World Wildlife Fund.
