CHAN, Yuk Jun - Passed away peacefully on Sunday February 10, 2019 at Markham Stouffville Hospital in Markham, Ontario.
Loving mother of Alice and Alan (Maggie).
Caring grandmother of Ashley and Nicole.
Yuk Jun will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her relatives and friends.
Friends may pay final respect to Yuk Jun on Sunday February 17, 2019 at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Markham. Visitation will be from 9 am - 10 am. A Memorial Service will commence at 10 am to be followed by cremation.
