CHISVIN, Jack - On July 22, 2019, Jack Chisvin passed away peacefully.
He leaves his beloved wife of 65 years Phyllis, children Karen (David Mazer), Howard (Kelly Stalker), Sandy Feldstein (Mark Feldstein), and brother Allan, as well as loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by his sister, Phyllis Engel.
Jack was an active member and leader in his profession and in the Jewish community.
He will be missed by his family and many friends, and his kind and compassionate caregivers.
Service at Beth David B'nai Israel Beth Am Synagogue, 55 Yeomans Road, Toronto on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in the Beth David section of Dawes Road Cemetery.
