BELLE, Theophilus - Passed away on Wednesday, August 7th, 2019 in Toronto.
He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Visitation will take place Saturday, August 10th, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Ridley Funeral Home, Toronto.
A service will take place in the chapel on Saturday at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow.
