MATIS, Helen - (1925 - 2019) - Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Friday August 9, 2019 with her family by her side, at the age of 94.
Survived by her loving granddaughter Taryn Paulozza and her husband Lou Paulozza. Cherished great-grandmother of Sebastian, Jullian and Izzabella Paulozza.
Sister of Anne Matuch and Aunt to Brian Matuch and his wife Edith. Great Aunt to Katrina and Michael Matuch.
Predeceased by her husband Mike Matis (1982) and her daughter Judy Matis (2013).
Helen lived a great life and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 13th from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 12 noon at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, Ontario. Interment following a reception at Mount Peace Cemetery in Mississauga.
