McKECHNIE, Jane - Loving wife and sister,v Rosemary (Jane) McKechnie (nee Burns), passed away peacefully on Monday, August 12, 2019 in presence of her loving sister, Jane was the second of 9 children and was born in Toronto in October of 1947 to Dan and Nora Burns .
She is survived by her husband, Ralph McKechnie of Long Branch, her 5 sisters and 3 brothers, Kathy Marshall, Martha Martin, Eileen Lascelles, Ellen Burns, John Burns, Ruth Binelli, Dan Burns and Tom Burns.
Jane endured so many challenges in life but still brought so much joy and love to her family and will be missed by her nephews and nieces.
Despite having a her vision impaired at birth, she gave us the ability to see what the eye cannot.
Funeral Mass at Saint Ignatius Loyola, on August 16, 2019 at 10:30 to 11:00 AM. Arrangements with Scott funeal home, Mississauga.
She is resting in the arms of God and finally has the comfort she so richly deserved.
