VAN DE VEGTE, John - Professor Dr. Eng. John Van de Vegte passed away peacefully at Trillium hospital on August 22, 2019.
He will be missed by his wife of 58 years. They had a wonderful life together.
He will be missed by his children: Joyce, John & Cathy, David (deceased) & Stacey and Michael & Sheetal and grandchildren: Zoë, Kailee & Wes, Joshua, Tess, Jordan and Jessica.
Visitation will be held at Ward Funeral Home Weston Chapel, 2035, Weston Road, Weston, on Wednesday, August 28th, from 10:30am to 11:30am, followed by service at 11:30am. Interment Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Etobicoke.
In lieu of flowers donations in Johns memory to the Salvation army or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
