POWER, Frank P.  -  (January 20 1947 - November 3, 2019)  -  Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre November 3, 2019 Frank P. Power, formerly of St. John's, NL.

Left with loving memories are his wife Elizabeth Rowe, daughter Jan and Keir, son Ian and Ashley and much loved grandchildren, Jordan, Katherine, Emma and Cameron.

He also leaves two sisters Mary Roche and Patricia Ryan, sisters-in-law Sandra and husband Joe Bochner, Donna and husband Wolfram Rudolph, brother-in-law Terry G. Rowe and wife Lise. Frank also leaves a large circle of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Anne and Stephen, sisters Catherine, Lorraine and Annie; brothers Jack, Joseph, James and Patrick.

Frank was former City Manager of St. John's, NL, National President of Mayors and Municipalities, president of Bally Haly Country Club and President of St. John's East Hockey Association. In later years Frank worked with Toyota Canada.

Thank you to the nursing staff at Southlake Palliative Care Unit for their professionalism and respectful care at this most difficult time.

His life was celebrated in a private family service.
