Niccholls DonNICHOLLS, Donald Allen - December 25, 1946 - November 8, 2019 - Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness.

Don will be deeply missed by his wife, Pat, daughters Shari Gallant (Brian), Michelle and Cindy (KC) and son Chris (Andrea), as well as his cherished grandchildren; Nicholas, Nathan and Nolan, Cynthia, Graham and Claire.

Also survived by his sister Mae Britton.

Don loved his family, people, women’s hockey and work. One of Don’s biggest delights was his 6 grand-children. His pride, love and support was evident to each of them, as he enjoyed attending sporting events, school functions, and sharing his ice cream sandwiches.

Don was a life-long supporter of the OWHA, where he spent many hours of his free time volunteering in many capacities- starting the Peel Storm hockey team and supporting Brampton Canadettes.

He was a long time employee with TTC and, when retired, he became employed by Canada Post where he worked right up to the day before he was admitted to hospital.

He maintained his sense of humour throughout his valiant struggle with heart disease. Don was very popular and loved people, sharing life with his colleagues at work, hockey and through good neighbourhood friendships.

Friends are welcome to share memories at a celebration of life on Sunday, November 17th, 2019 from 1:00- 4:00 pm at Brampton Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
