KIRKWOOD, Wendy Marie - On Wednesday November 6th, 2019, at 9:31 pm Wendy Kirkwood passed peacefully at Toronto General Hospital. Her loving sister was at her side.
Wendy courageously, and with much grace fought a near year long battle with cancer.
Born February 1st,1958 in Orillia Ontario. The family moved to Toronto in 1960, where Wendy remained until her passing.
Wendy will be greatly missed by her loving and devoted husband Paul Kirkwood, who was the love of her life.
Wendy's family will miss her greatly but have many fond memories.
Wendy was predeceased by her mother Pat Gilliam.Her father, Verne Gilliam, siblings Kathie Mills, Roger Gilliam(MaryAnn), Carolyn Thomas (Clint), Mike Gilliam (Andrea) and Brenda Gilliam (Vince), also many nieces and nephews.
Also her In-laws, Jim and Marion Kirkwood, Jane Kirkwood-Lazazzera (Larry), Joy Kirkwood and Kenny Kirkwood and nieces on the Kirkwood side.
Funeral will take place at Giffen Mack Funeral home, 2570 Danforth Ave at Main St., Toronto on Thursday November 14th at 11am. Visitation will be at 10 am prior to the service.
