DI IORIO, Michele - On November 14, 2019 beloved Michele passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family.
Michele was born in Roseto Valfortore, Italy on August 24, 1940. He came to Canada in his late 20s.
He met and married his love Maria Giovanna. They were married 51 years.
He was a devoted husband and a wonderful, selfless father to their 4 children: Maria Grazia, Joe, Donata married to Assaad, and Luisa married to Andrea.
In 2003, they lost their beloved son Joe.
Michele enjoyed spending his time with his two grandsons Joey and Francesco.
He was a good person, a hard worker and a very loving family man. He will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held at G. H. Hogge Funeral Home on Saturday November 16, 2019 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm and on Sunday November 17, 2019 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. The service will take place at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 61 Jutland Rd, Etobicoke on Monday November 18, 2019 at 10:00am.
