GOVE, Carmen - (December 14, 1930 - November 29, 2019) - With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and friend the late Carmen Gove.
Born on December 14, 1930 in Malta, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Carmen (nee: Gauci) Borg.
Beside her parents Carmen was predeceased by her loving and devoted husband the late Joseph Gove on January 24, 1998.
Leaving with fond and precious memories are her children Marc (Deborah), Mario (Linda), grandchildren Daniel (Danielle), James, Shannon, two precious great grandchildren Joseph and Violet, many nieces and nephews spread through the world abroad , along with a circle of extended family and those who held the privilege of calling Carmen a friend.
The family will be accepting visitors on Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 2 – 4 PM and 7 – 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 9:15 AM from St. Paul the Apostle Church (3224 Dundas Street West, Toronto) with burial in Assumption Catholic Cemetery (6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga) followed by a time of fellowship and refreshments in the Assumption Catholic Cemetery Reception Centre.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Paul the Apostle Church Fund greatly appreciated.
