ISAAC, Hermine - Passed peacefully on November 28, 2019, surrounded by family. She had just celebrated her 90th birthday.
Hermine was the loving mother of Josef and his wife Christina, Hilda and husband Paul, Janie and partner Brian. Beloved Nana to Andrew and wife Jodie, Matthew, Adam and wife Alayna, Kiersten and partner Brady, Joshua, Jacob, Jayden, Courtney and Great-Grandmother Nana to Zachary, Benjamin, Elliot, Victoria.
Her extended family in British Columbia will miss her dearly.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful caregivers at Buckingham Manor, an assisted care retirement home in Stouffville, where Hermine was a resident for the past 2 years.
Hermine was loved by all who knew her. She had a friendly personality, generous nature and always put her family and friends first. Her smile was infectious and her sense of humour got her through the toughest times.
Visitation will be held at Ward Funeral Home, Weston Room, 2035 Weston Road, Weston, ON, on Thursday, December 5th, from 4pm to 8pm. Service at the Ward Funeral Home, Weston Chapel, 2035 Weston Road, Weston, ON, on Friday, December 6th, at 11am. Interment Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
Flowers are welcome but in keeping with Hermine`s giving nature, a donation to your favourite charitable organization in her name would be greatly appreciated.
