CHARBONNEAU, Dolores Marie (Benoit) - Passed away peacefully on December 1, 2019 with her family at her side.
She is now reunited with Athanase (Tony), her only love and husband of 65 years, who predeceased her in 2016. Committed life-long partners, they valued home and family above all else.
Dolores leaves 5 daughters; Diane King, Lise Mack, Francine Johnson, Carole Ruiter, Sylvie Hoggarth and two sons, Bob and Gerald.
She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and three siblings.
A native of Drummondville, Québec, she was the eldest of six children to Dorilla Benoit and Bertha Brault.
Dolores was a loving, devoted and supportive mother and wife. She was a selfless and resilient woman. A great role model for her large extended family, they will all dearly miss their shining beacon of love.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Tall Pines Long Term Care Centre for their compassionate care, especially during her final days.
Private funeral services will be held by the family.
