Beloved grandmother of Tyler Booth, Jayce Slade, Ryder Slade and Cassi Slade.
A Celebration of Pat's life will take place at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S., Newmarket, on Friday, December 13th, at 2 p.m., with visitation beginning at 12 noon.
