AZEVEDO, Joseph Edward - With sadness we announce the passing of Joseph on December 14, 2019 at the age of 55.
Joseph is reunited in heaven with his mother Alzira.
He will be deeply missed by his father Jose and his siblings, Elsie (Paul) and Walter (Candida).
Always remembered by his nephews and nieces Dylan, Rachel, Isabella and Daniel.
He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Visitation Centre, Woodbridge on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 from 6-9pm and Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 19th, 2019 at 9:30am at St. Clare Of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 150 St. Francis Ave, Woodbridge Ontario. Interment to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
