MAGISTRALE, Maria Saveria - We are saddened to announce the passing of our family matriarch Maria Magistrale who left us peacefully on January 11th, 2020.
She is survived by her son Tony, her daughter Raffaella, and her grandsons Paolo (Sarah) and Andrea (Amanda), and her great-grandsons Emerson and Nathaniel.
After arriving in Canada in 1955 with her children to join her husband Vitandrea, she generously and lovingly devoted much of her time and energy Sannicandrese community through her work and devotion to the San Giuseppe Festa.
All her hard work for the group will be sorely missed.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, nonna, and bisnonna who expressed her love through her food, hard work, and family devotion.
Although she will be dearly missed by all her family and friends, we take comfort in knowing that she now rests in the loving embrace of her heavenly family.
Visitation at Scott Funeral Home Mississauga Chapel, January 15th, at 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
Funeral Mass at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 921 Flagship Dr., Mississauga on January 16th at 11:00 AM.
