SPATARO, Gerlando - Gerlando Spataro was born on January 9, 1928 Aragona, Agrigento, Italy and passed away on January 13, 2020 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 92.
Beloved husband of Carmela for 62 years. Loving father of Salvatore (Carmen), Frank (Ellen Ha), Rosa (Michael Burns).
Cherished Nonno of Sabina (Robert Merenda), Matthew, Alyssa (Matthew Giang), Daniel (Isabella Pupo) and Kristian.
Gerlando will be loved, remembered and forever missed by all of his family and his friends.
Friends will be received at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W., Toronto, on Thursday, January 16th from 2-4pm and 6-9pm.
The Funeral Mass will be on Friday, January 17th at 10am at St. Clare’s Catholic Church, 1118 St. Clair Ave. W. Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery, 1450 St. Clair Ave. W.
