CABRAL, Maria Da Ponte - Maria Cabral was born on May 3, 1950 in Sao Bartolomeu, Azores, Portugal and passed away on January 18, 2020 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 69 years.
Maria was predeceased by her beloved sister Fatima and survived by her sister Celeste and brother Antonio.
She is the loving mother of Lidia (Marco) and Abilio (late wife Tamara). She is the cherished grandmother of 3 grandchildren Cory, Cole and Brooklyn.
She will be loved, deeply missed and forever remembered by all of her family and friends.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W., Toronto on Wednesday, January 22nd from 6 - 8pm.
The funeral mass will be on Thursday, January 23rd at 9:30am at St. Matthew’s Church, 706 Old Weston Rd, Toronto. Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery 7241 Jane St, Concord, ON.
