White WilliamWHITE, William ArchibaldPassed away peacefully at Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket, on Friday January 17th, 2020 in his 80th year.

Loving husband of Barbara Joan White (nee Sparham) for 29 years.

Beloved father of Wendy and Jacquie. Stepfather to Mark, Matthew, and the late Murray (Debbie) and Michael.

Cherished grandfather of Carrol Anne, Jessica, Jack, Colin, Andrew, Caitlin, Colleen and Shannon. Great grandfather to many.

Brother of Christina, James (Janice), Judy (Doug), John (Wanda), Marilyn (Jim), and the late Paul. Uncle to many.

Dear son of the late Beatrice and John MacDougall.

Willie was born and raised in Cape Breton. He moved to Toronto in his teens. He took pride in his years as an Ironworker. He made many friends everywhere he went. He was always full of life and made the people who were lucky enough to know him happy when they were around him. He loved to dance and sing, and did so as often as he could. He was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion for 33 years.

Of course he is most famous for his Donald Duck voice impersonation. Every chance he could up until his last outing he wowed kids with his voice and brought a smile to each and everyone of their tiny faces.

There will be a Celebration of Life open house at his daughter Jacquie's on Saturday January 25th between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. For further information please email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to The Salvation Army (near and dear to his heart) or The Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket.
