PULLEN, Leona Marion (Joyce) - Passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020.
Leona was born into a Christian family on September 14, 1932, and born into the family of God at just 4 years old.
She married “her prince”, David Pullen in 1982 and they enjoyed 28 years of marriage.
She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews, who learned to swim and canoe under her patient guidance.
She passed into the presence of her Lord and Saviour in her 88th year.
Leona was predeceased by parents Alfred Eric and Edith May (nee Smith), brothers Warren and Ted, and her beloved husband, David Pullen. Survived by brother Doug (Zillah), sisters-in-law Roberta (Warren) and Carole (Ted), nephews and nieces Dan (Tania), Andy (Donna) and Karen Butterwick (Dean), Steve (Theresa), Rodney (Sheryl), Vivienne, Christine, Lori, James and Helen Lemesurier (John).
Visitation will be held at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Markham on Friday, February 28th, 2020 from 10:00am - 11:00am The service will take place in the chapel at 11:00am. Reception to follow service. Interment in Pickering.
