CORDEIRO, Maria Simoes - With sadness and sorrow we announce the passing of Maria on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at the age of 93.
Predeceased by her husband Mariano (February 6, 1998).
She will be missed by her beloved daughters, Lisete (Joao), Lucilia(Jose) and Gina (Paul).
Proud Vo of Lolita (Bernardino), Guida(Fred), Sergio(Ruth), Marlen(Danny), Melanie(Martin) and Caelan.
Proud “Vo Mia” of Jacob, Lucas, Ethan, Layla, Mariza, Zachary, Etienne, Isabella, Lily, Emilynn, Charlotte and Jaxson.
Cherished sister of Manuela and niece Salette.
Maria will be forever remembered by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Cardinal Funeral Home, Toronto on Sunday March 1, 2020, from 2 to 8pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Saint Agnes Church, 15 Grace Street, Toronto on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 10:30am. Interment to follow.
In memory of Maria, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Alzheimer’s society of Toronto or charity of choice.
