D'SOUZA, Sebastian John 'Johnny' - It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sebastian (Johnny).
After a valiant struggle with Parkinson's disease, Johnny passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife by his side on Friday May 29, 2020 at the age of 75.
Devoted husband of Cynthia for 40 wonderful years.
Proud father of Craig (Caroline) and Jules (Sara). Cherished Papa of Megan, Luke and Rachel.
Loving brother of Anthony (Lourdes), Teresa (Late Valentine), Marie (Arthur), and Steven (Monica). Sebastian will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Michael Luis and Cecelia D'Souza.
After many happy years in India, Johnny immigrated to Canada with his family in December 1990. As a hardworking father and husband devoted to providing for the well being of his family, he was fiercely proud of the successes of his children. His love for humanity would always shine through his faith and he was always there to brighten the lives of others.
He had a zest for nature, a love of chess, and a passion for table tennis. Johnny will be long remembered as a gentle soul with a giving spirit, a forgiving heart and always a smile on his face.
