Borsellino JoeBORSELLINO, Giuseppe 'Joe' - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father and grandfather. Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday September 20th, 2020 at the age of 80 with his loving family by his side.

Devoted husband of the late Antonina who passed away on the same day 22 years prior.

Proud father of Peter (Svetlana), Nancy and Pina (Rick). Cherished Nonno of Christian, Marc Anthony, Lucas and Nina.

Joe will be sadly missed by his siblings the late Antonio (Gina) and Rosa (the late Saverio) and also by his special friend Rosa and his many family and friends.

A heartfelt thank you to all the caring doctors, nurses and care givers who took exceptional care of our dear father and grandfather during his difficult times.

Giuseppe has once again been reunited with his beautiful Nina.

Family and friends will be received (NOTE: RESTRICTIONS) at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.

A mass will be held on Friday September 25th at St. Wilfrid’s Church 1675 Finch Ave., W. North York. Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.

In accordance with the directives provided from the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, funeral services may be held within the funeral home with 30 % capacity of visitations rooms and the onsite chapel. Funeral Services may also be held at a place of worship with the same 30% capacity mandate. To allow your extended family and friends to offer their condolences, our spacious rooms and chapels continue to allow for social distancing requirements.

Wearing of masks, or face coverings, by everyone is mandatory as per the directives of the Bereavement Authority. This includes ALL staff and attendees. Masks will be provided to those guests who may not have their own
