GEORGAKIS, Kostas - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kostas, peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on October 18, 2020.
He is pre-deceased by his soulmate Stamata Georgakis, and survived by his son Louie and daughter-in-law Tess. Doting Pappou to Constantine and Mattea.
Kostas will be deeply missed by generations of friends and family, both in Canada and in Greece.
He will be lovingly remembered by his in laws Dimitri, Panayiota and their extended family. Kostas' was a charismatic soul with a cheerful presence, he always found a way to make people around him feel loved.
May his memory be eternal.
The family will receive friends and family on Wednesday, October 21st, 2020, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church 3840 Finch Avenue East, Toronto. Kostas final resting place will be in his beloved village of Pinakoxori, Lefkada, Greece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Hellenic Home are welcome and appreciated.
