Soave CarolSOAVE, Carol Lynne - (1951 - 2020) -  It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Carol, on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 surrounded by the love of her family.

Beloved wife of 48 years to Ben Soave (Retired RCMP Chief Superintendent).

Loving mother to Anthony Soave, Marc Soave and his family. Proud and loving grandmother to Karma and Serenity.

Carol is survived by and will be greatly missed by her mother Audrey Cameron, her brothers, Robert Cameron and his spouse Kim Wells and Steve Cameron and his spouse Sherry Ashdown; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Angela and Donato Nelli and their family. She will be missed by all who know her.

Carol loved travelling. She and her family were blessed to have had the opportunity to live in South East Asia, Europe and South America. Since 2009, she enjoyed spending most winters in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. She loved the climate, people and the culture. Aside from travelling, Carol adored spending time with her two grandchildren, as well as her favourite pastime, cooking. She loved it and was an amazing cook. Carol never lost her passion for cooking, even during her battle with cancer these past four years.

Arrangements with Taylor funeral home, Newmarket. Due to COVID restrictions, a private service was held. While the family wishes you could all be with them in their time of loss, they appreciate your kind words and condolences.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Carol may be made to a charity of choice.
