LARCOMBE, Mike John - (1943 - 2021) - It is with great sadness, after a short illness, that we announce the passing of Mike on January 5, 2021.
Born July 7, 1943 in Chepstow, Wales.
Husband to Jill Larcombe and father to Jason Larcombe and daughter-in-law Fiona Larcombe, and Sharon Beers (nee Larcombe) and son-in-law Bryan Beers.
He will be greatly missed by all his grandchildren, Ashley, Emma, Dylan and Abby, Brother Nigel and cousins in Wales.
Mike was known for his charismatic personality, his passion for travelling the world (especially cruising), his vibrant sense of humour, and his love for his family and friends. He was always the life of the party and liked his cider and single malt too.
He moved across ‘the pond’ a couple of times before settling down in Guildwood in 1981 and developing a great network of friends of all ages.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.Arrangements entrusted with McDougall & Brown funeral home, Scarborough. A service will be held on Monday January 11th. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the service will be immediate family only.
