FRUITMAN, Betsy Maxine (Dale) -  It is with the deepest sorrow and grief that we must announce the passing of our adored Betsy Fruitman, beloved wife of the late Lou Fruitman, Mother, Bubbie, sister and friend on January 8, 2021.

The stars and sun will shine less brightly as the centre of our Universe has been forever dimmed.

Betsy will be forever missed by her daughters, Pamela (and Howie Gould), Lisa Fruitman and Marla (and Ronald Struminger), her 6 grandchildren Amanda, Jeffrey, Jason, Jarod, Phoebe and Joshua, her sister Lynda Wine, all of her family and friends and anyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

She now joins the love of her life, Lou, and her parents David and Mary Dale in heaven, watching over all of us.

If we had to describe Betsy in one word it would be: IRREPLACEABLE. The abundance of love she had to give: IRREPLACEABLE Her devotion to her husband and children: IRREPLACEABLE Her devotion to her parents: IRREPLACEABLE Her commitment to helping others: IRREPLACEABLE Her ability to know just what to say and do: IRREPLACEABLE To say that she will live on in our hearts is an understatement.

The permanent imprint that she has left on so many lives will help us carry on without her. Her great beauty, laughter, courage through many difficulties, tenacity and strength are forever embodied within her children and grandchildren.

Because of Betsy, we are all and will be, better people.

Our loss is tremendous but our gratitude for having been loved by Betsy, knows no bounds. Arrangements entrusted with Steeles Memorial Chapel.  Her service will be livestreamed on Sunday, January 10th at http://smclive.ca
