GOMES, Maria Adelia - Passed away peacefully on January 9, 2021 at the age of 96 at Markham Stouffville Hospital.
Maria is survived by her loving sons Edward (Maria Helena) and John (Sandy), her grandchildren Melissa (Hugo Da Silva), Jessica (Michael Pereira), Wyatt, and Wellesley (Ryan Roffey), and her great-grandchildren Mateo, Gabriel, Victoria, Amalia, and Lisbon.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Jorge.
Maria was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A private family service will be held at this time. Arrangements entrusted with Kane-Jerrett funeral home, Thornhill.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Maria’s memory to the Alzheimer Society.
