Synos EdSYNOS, Edward Andrzej - It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Edward who joined the Lord on January 9, 2021.

He is at rest after a brief illness.

He is greeted in the arms of the Lord with his parents Aniela (Synos) Kusiakiewicz and Franciszek Synos, alongside his loving stepfather, Piotr Kusiakiewicz.

He leaves behind his legacy with his two beloved daughters, who were his pride and joy; Elizabeth (Gino) Morelli, and Teresa (Andrew) Ziarno along with their mother, Jean.

He will be tremendously missed by his six grandchildren: Marco, Marisa, Olivia, Gabriella, Patrick, and little Giuliana.

He will fondly be remembered by many family and friends.

A special thanks to all the Dr's. and Nurses at the ICU Department at St. Joseph’s Health Centre and a special Thank you to Dr. DeMestral of St. Michael’s Hospital. Thank you to all the staff at Copernicus Lodge who took care of Tata everyday.

A dedicated employee of the Toronto Transit Commission, a proud Canadian who never let go of his Polish heritage.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, visitation and funeral attendance will be by appointment only. Please contact Lynett Funeral Home to be added to the guest list. The funeral service will take place at St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish, 12 Denison Ave, Toronto on January 12th at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations made in memory of Edward to St. Joseph’s Health Centre (Intensive Care Unit) or St. Michaels Hospital (Vascular Surgery Department).

Friends and family are invited to view the online livestream of the visitation and service. Viewing page: https://distantlink.com/DLM48.html  Password: ARBOR2020.
