STERZAI, Ottavio "Tav" - With much love and gratitude, filling his strong and courageous heart, Tav Sterzai passed away peacefully with the grace and care of Ian Anderson House staff on Saturday, January 9, 2021.
He is survived by his wife Jennifer, two daughters Samantha and Rachel, mother Nella, sisters Olivia (Peter) Sinfarosa, Nevia (Giulio) Spina, Linda (Roger) Campbell, his nephews and nieces, and family abroad.
A private service will be held in Oakville.
Many sincere thanks to his medical and health professionals including Drs. N. Leighl, M. Shahideh, C. Maurice, L. Benjamin, staff and support teams at PMH, THP, OTHM, LHIN and Acclaim, combined with his family and friends whose dedication and support were invaluable throughout his journey.
The immediate family request that any tributes be made by way of donation to Ian Anderson House, Princess Margaret Hospital, Trillium Health Partners, or Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in his memory.
A celebration of his life with family and friends will be held in the months ahead.
