BARTOLO, Rose - Passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021.
Rose was born in Mdina, Malta and came to Canada in 1952 with her family.
She married the love of her life Domenic, in 1953 in Toronto at St. Paul the Apostle Church and were married for 65 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She battled her illnesses with courage through the support of her family and her dedication to her faith.
She leaves behind her loving children; son Stephen (Victoria), daughter Sandra (Chuck), son Simon (Sandra).
She will truly be remembered by her grandchildren Isaac, Derek, Melissa, Christina and Jessica along with her relatives here in Toronto and abroad.
Rose was known for her contagious smile, quick wit and her homemade meals. She loved watching classic movies and “Dancing with the Stars”, as well as enjoyed knitting, doing word searches and spending time with family. Rose will be greatly missed.
Due to the current restrictions, the visitation and funeral service will be private. Your prayers and all expressions of love and sympathy are greatly appreciated. May God’s blessings of peace and love continue with you forever.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul the Apostle Church or to a charity of your choice.
