CLARKE, Carolyn (Cal) (nee BRUNNING) - In her 91st year, Carolyn Clarke passed away peacefully with family at her side at Bethell Hospice in Inglewood, ON.
Predeceased by her soulmate Donald (Don) Clarke on November 10, 1994.
Loving mother to Nancy (Stephen Lacroix) and David (Laurie Clarke).
Proud nanny to James, Jennifer and Jeremy. Great-grandmother to Lilly.
A world traveller with a special spot for Italy and the Amalfi coast. Conversant in Italian, Spanish and French. Loved to read, play bridge and socialize with friends and family.
A graduate of the Hartford Hospital School of Nursing and of Public Health Nursing, McGill University.
Incredibly generous of her time as past Chair of the Grey Bruce District Health Council, a volunteer creating the language translation service at Toronto General Hospital and a member of the Owen Sound Singing Moms among her many interests. Art was a love both as a painter and while traveling, enjoying museums, galleries and architecture.

Donations can be made to Bethell Hospice in Inglewood, ON Mom will be interred at Greenwood Cemetery in Owen Sound next to Don.
A celebration of a life well-lived by a mother well-loved will be planned in the future.
