HOWARD, Roy Edward, Engineer, MASc Designation, U. of T. - On January 10, 2021, Roy passed away quietly at the Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket with his loving wife by his side.
Left sadly grieving are beloved wife Marilyn, children Marilyn Nancy, David John, as well as Nicholas their cat.
Roy was predeceased by parents Mary "Effie" Howard and Roy Vincent Howard and will greatly be missed by his sister Nancy Mitchell Harris and brother John Vincent Howard and extended family.
Roy taught mathematics and physics at Runnymede C.I. Toronto for 9 years and subsequently became Town Engineer of Newmarket, Ontario, for 27 years.
Heartfelt gratitude is extended to Dr. Luk, Dr. Kassam and Dr. Baguio.
Arrangements are entrusted with Taylor funeral home, Newmarket. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
