RAINFORD, Bernard - February 5th, 1932 - January 12th, 2021
It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing at his home of Bernard Rainford in his 89th year.
Beloved father to Bernard Anthony, Deborah Anne (Steven), Denise Anne, and Deirdre Lynne (deceased).
Grandfather to Bernard Danial (Mirlinda), Jason Christopher (Katie), Colin Douglas (Brittany), Jeffrey William, & Samantha Anne.
Proud Great Grandfather or GGDad to Elliana, Daxton & Ryker.
Bernard grew up in England, where he had many great life adventures, and as a young adult travelled the world extensively with his best friend Godfrey.
Bernard moved to Canada in the late 1950’s where he met his wife Susan Mavis (deceased).
Bernard worked at various jobs, purchasing manager, marketing manager, and even subbed as a chemist. Bernard was very involved in his church, and his community. He will be deeply missed by many friends & beloved family.
Due to COVID restrictions, it is not possible to have a service at this time, so will proceed when restrictions are lessened.
