Marroccoli TheresaMARROCCOLI, Theresa - With the heaviest of hearts, this week on January 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to one of the most amazing and beautiful souls to ever walk this earth.

Despite the restrictions we are all facing these days, her two children (Louie & Tonia), and five grandchildren (Monika, Daniela, Paul, Alexandra and Jenna) were fortunate enough to have spent time with her during her final days.

She knew she was loved and adored and went peacefully.

We know her husband, Domenic, was waiting with open arms in heaven, finally reunited.

For those who knew her, you know that there wasn't a person more selfless, patient, loving and so very strong.

Her commitment to her family never wavered, showing us exactly what unconditional and true love looked like. Even at her worst, she would always put on a smile and a brave face and fought hard to stay with us well beyond what anyone expected. She was a true warrior. We know that she will continue to be right beside us and her spirit will live on.

She will still wrap her strong arms around us to comfort us and give us peace, guiding us and protecting us forever.

Thank you to everyone who made her last days with us so special. Whether by phone or video chat, she was thankful for having you in her life.
A special thank you to her brother Arduino who came by to see her, even knowing the risks of COVID. We know it meant the world to her.

And lastly, she was also able to say goodbye to her daughter-in-law, Carmela and son-in-law, Tony. She always adored both of you.

Due to current Covid restrictions, Saturday’s funeral services and entombment at will be private and restricted to ten members of the immediate family only. The family will extend an invitation for a future memorial mass and celebration of life once we are able to assemble as a group once again. Until then, we continue to welcome your comforting messages.

If desired, donations in our mother’s name can be made to the Alzheimer’s or Arthritis Society.
