SUMMERS-CHILDERHOSE, Terry  - Passed away surrounded by loved ones on January 12, 2021.

Terry (Esther) was born on January 14, 1939 in Toronto, Ontario.

She met Bob Childerhose while working at Little Bros.  Leasing in Weston, Ontario.

They fell in love almost instantly and had many happy years together until her recent passing.

Terry is survived by 2 of her 4 children, Wendy (Jeremy) and Jack (Yvonne).

Twins, Ted and John are now reunited with their mother in heaven.

She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Terry was a force of nature, determined to provide for her family and give them the life she felt they deserved. Her family meant more to her than anything else in the world, something she often mentioned.

She was a dedicated, successful Leasing Administrator in the car industry for many years.

Terry loved her little visitors who would visit her daily for peanuts. Squirrels, chipmunks, bunnies, Terry fed them all. Anyone who knew her, knew that she was the most loving mother and spouse a family could ask for.

Terry was predeceased by her parents, brother John, sister Agnes, grandson Tanner and stepdaughter Kelly Shires Childerhose.

She is survived by her brother Jim (Marg), sisters-in-law Judy, Margery, Dorothy, Sandi, and stepsons Randy (Juanita) and Jeffrey (Lori) Childerhose.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to the Kelly Shires Foundation. Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
