CHIPPIN, Valerie Ivy (Frank) - Valerie Ivy (Frank) Chippin passed away on January 15th, 2021 at One Kenton Place peacefully with her family by her side.

Born in Montreal, Valerie moved to Fredericton, New Brunswick after meeting her beloved husband Bernard and started her family there. She was involved with the Sisterhood and Hadassah and volunteered at nursing homes feeding the elderly.

Valerie loved being around people and hosted many holiday get-togethers with family. She always looked her very best no matter how she felt and her love of fashion was passed on to her granddaughters.

She now joins the love of her life Bernard Chippin, adoring son Seth Chippin and her parents Jack and Rae Frank.

She is survived by her daughter Natalie Chippin-Lipkowitz (Sidney) and Granddaughters Jaclyn and Rachel Lipkowitz (Zachary); her brother Kenny Frank (Francie) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Thank you to the kind nurses and staff at One Kenton Place for your tremendous care and to Connie and Grace our devoted caregivers.
