Stellato IolandaSTELLATO, Iolanda Pasqualina (nee Mandarino) - (April 21, 1935 - January 19, 2021) - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Iolanda Stellato.

Beloved wife of Antonio for 67 years.

Devoted Mother to Nino (Paula), Marie (Joseph) and Nancy (Gustavo). Adored Nonna to Alessandra, Christopher (Deanna), Stephanie (Ricardo), Daniella (Joshua), Marcus and Jacob. Treasured Bisnonna to Violet.

There are no words that can express how much we loved her and how much we will miss her. She was our Matriarch, our Mother, our Queen. She was as caring and loving as she was strong and brave.

Her home meant everything to her. She took such great pride in it. She loved her garden. Her roses were admired by all. Her vegetables were the talk of the town. Zucchinis that were 4ft long, tomatoes that were 5lbs in weight.

She put so much love in everything she did. She loved to feed her family with her amazing home cooking. Eating a bowl of her pasta or minestrone was like eating a bowl of her love.

She loved to go for walks and her quiet time at home with family. She enjoyed simple pleasures. She never asked for much. All that mattered was the health and happiness of her family. She saw some of us through many challenges over the years but we all got through them with her love and faith in God.

We cannot thank her enough for all her love and devotion. She lived for her family and our family will never be the same without her. We will miss her laugh and her smile. Her little dances, her funny stories, her meticulously cut fruit salads, her neck scarves, and her adorable matching jewelry among many other things.

Most of all we will miss the feeling of knocking on her door and seeing her beautiful smile through the door window as she let you into her home and into her heart.

Private Funeral Arrangements and a livestream link of the January 23rd service are entrusted with Ward funeral homes, Woodbridge chapel.
