Westbrook ElizabethWESTBROOK, Elizabeth  - (Tib) Margaret Elizabeth Westbrook , formerly Tib Tulley, née Perry, on January 15, age 95, at Tiffin House, Midland.

Predeceased by husbands Ken Tulley (1953) and John Westbrook (2020).

Only daughter of Victor and Elsie Perry, predeceased by brother Dick Perry (Penny).

Much loved mother of Chris Tulley and his wife Joan with whom Tib had a special mother-daughter relationship.

Proud, loving grandmother of Sarah and Laura Tulley (Chris Lepp).

Adoring great-grandmother of Jayne and Ben Lepp. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Tib grew up in the west end of Toronto attending Runnymede Public School and Humberside Collegiate.

Tib taught in North York until the birth of her son, having set up their first elementary school home economics classroom.

She went back to teaching in 1958 with the Forest Hill and Toronto Boards until her retirement in 1984.

In retirement, she and John traveled extensively and enjoyed summers at their home in the Gaspé, and winters in Florida. Tib was always an elegant entertainer, a fantastic cook, and she loved nothing more than socializing with friends and family. In their early nineties, Tib and John moved from Amica, Unionville to Tiffin House in Midland in order to be closer to Joan and Chris.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Tiffin House for their kind and compassionate care, especially in the past few weeks, and special thanks to Dr. Anne Gannon who took such good care of Tib and John.

A private family Anglican service will be held, and a Celebration of Life will be held at some point in the future.

Donations in memory of Tib may be made to Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland or St. Philip's on-the-hill, Unionville.
