Passed away peacefully at Fairhaven Home in Peterborough in her 85th year.
Loving wife to Bob Blackie for almost 65 years.
Dear mother to David (Rose) Blackie and Linda (Mike) Forbes.
Loving Grandma to Kyla (Brad) Doig and Jake Blackie and Great-Grandmother to Nora.
Joan enjoyed many hobbies and workplaces such as Canada Wire, Welcome Wagon, and Miracle Food Mart.
She will be sadly missed.
