McNamara Anne MacFaydenMcNAMARA, Mary 'Anne' (formerly MacFayden, nee Maguire) - (October 25, 1918 - April 10, 2021) -

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother. She passed peacefully at her daughter’s home, surrounded by her family, on April 10th, 2021 in her 103rd year.

Anne will be deeply missed by her daughter Mary, son-in-law Clive, and daughter Maureen. She will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Rebecca (David Peca) and Jonathan, as well as her great-grandchildren Trinity and Skylar.

Mom always believed she would be reunited in heaven with her beloved son Robbie, her first husband Robert MacFayden, second husband Patrick McNamara and other cherished people who passed before her.

Anne was born in County Fermanagh, Ireland during the Spanish Flu, and was raised by her “Ma” and three older siblings, Maggie, Jamie and Attie (all now deceased). Growing up on a small farm in Derrylin was not easy in those times but her mother never complained (a trait Anne inherited).

Arrangements entrusted with Giffen-Mack funeral home, Scarborough chapel.
