SMITH, Dale Donald - Passed away unexpectedly at his home in Toronto, on Friday, April 9, 2021, at the age of 81 years.
He was the loving father of Richard Smith (Christine MacLachlan), and Keri Chong.
Dale was the cherished grandfather of Quentin, Callum and Cecilia.
He is survived by Jean Smith, his brother Derek and by his sisters Karen and Debbie. Cremation has taken place.
Visitation will be held at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Guelph, on Thursday, April 15, 2021 and on Friday, April 16, 2021. To attend a visitation time, please RSVP the funeral home. A private funeral service will follow in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Guelph.
