DOUGAN, Vincent Bernard - Suddenly, at his home, on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at the age of 67.
Dearly-beloved husband of Eileen and father of Sean.
Son of the late Vincent and Mary Ida.
Vincent will be sadly missed by his mother-in-law Norah Noonan and his many nieces and nephews.
