Handjis NicholasHANDJIS, Nicholas - 84, went home to be with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on April 20, 2021.

Nicholas was born on September 22nd, 1936 to Georgia and Alexios Handjis in Adravida, Elias, Greece. He moved to Toronto in 1964.

In 1963, Nicholas met Nota Hagias and they wed in May of 1964 in Sparta, Greece.

They had three children together, Panagioti/Peter, Dionisia/Denise and Alexis/Alex.

Nicholas was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

He was a hard worker, provider, and the rock of his family. He was highly respected and was someone you could always count on, and when he talked everyone listened.

He will be remembered for his integrity, dedication to his family and friends as well as his superb barbequing skills especially when it came to the Easter lamb and kokoretsi.

Nicholas is survived by his son Panagioti/Peter Handjis, his daughter Dionisia/Denise Handjis (her husband Christos Akhovat), his son Alexi/Alex Handjis (his wife Megan Wagner), and his grandchildren Patricia/Panagiota and Yanni Aneziris, and Xavier Wagner.

The Funeral and burial services will be a pirvate family affair not open to the public.

We thank you enormously for your understanding and kindness.
