Schneider RobertSCHNEIDER, Robert - M.D. - On Monday, May 3, 2021, peacefully in his sleep.

Dr. Robert Schneider beloved husband of Jolan Schneider for 60 years.

Loving father and father-in-law of Kathy Schneider and Boaz Azmon, George and Mandy Schneider.

Dear brother of the late George Schneider.

Devoted grandfather of Daniel and Courtney, Jodi, and Arielle and great-grandfather of Ari.

A Holocaust survivor who never forgot his past, but was able to live life to the fullest. He was always so full of love and laughter. He was married to true love Joli for 60 years and his love continued to grow.

His greatest joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved to tell jokes and no one laughed harder than he. Robi was a loving uncle to Rob and Ruthie and Vickie and their families.

He was a loving cousin to Tommy, Shosh, Dave,Judith, Rob, David, Richie and Kati. Loving uncle to Maytal, Gil, Orit. Julia, Willy and families. He was a wonderful friend to so many.

He was a dedicated family practitioner until the age of 90, adored by so many of his patients and he never stopped learning. Other passions: Photography, reading and bridge. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

Special thanks to all his wonderful caregivers, Robert, Dennis, Allan, and Marcsi, Tunde, Ludovic and the staff at Palace Gate.

A family graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to: Jewish Free Loan Toronto or Crohn's and Colitis Canada.
