JOBIN, Louise - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Louise on May 3, 2021.
She leaves behind her beloved husband Guy A. Jobin, her two daughters, Jennifer and Joëlle, her grandchildren, Aaden, Chloé and Juliette.
We wish to thank Dr. Anthony DiCintio and his home palliative care team for their exceptional dedication and kindness to support Louise.
Furthermore, Dr. DiCintio is involved in the establishment of the UCPR Palliative Outreach Service.
Due to COVID restrictions, the celebration of Louise's life will take place with family only.
In lieu of flowers, a donation is suggested to Hawkesbury General Hospital (HGH) Foundation (hgh.ca) or the Cancer Research Society (src-crs.ca/en).
