BITTNER, Herbert Peter - With deep sadness we like to announce that Herbert Peter Bittner, born in Worms, Germany, and arriving at a young age in Canada, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2021 at age 79, at Eatonville Long Term Care home where he received excellent care after a long illness.
He was a loving husband to his predeceased wife Gisela with whom he shared over 45 years of marriage.
Son of Herbert and Maria Bittner, brother to Rolf. He was a loving brother in law to Renate Schuch.
He was best friends with George Oelker for many years and will be sadly missed by all.
A private funeral will be held in Scarborough, on June 11, 2021.
