Ricci LindoRICCI, Lindo - It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our loving Father. Lindo Ricci, our caro Papa was born on September 4, 1932 in Pisterzo, Latina, Italy and passed away on June 10, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 88 years.

Eldest son of Loreta and Andrea. Lindo is the beloved husband of Giuseppina, his devoted wife of 63 years. He is the loving father of Claudio, Tony (Bruna), Milena (Bill) and Daniela (Freddie).

Adored Nonno of Michelle (Joel), Joshua (Vanessa), Jessica (Gabe), Barbie, Nicholas, Gregory, Julian, Isabella, Marcus and Bisnonno of Jackson, Jonah and Adrianna. Beloved brother of late Dora, Americo (Anna), late Angelo (Irena) and brother-in-law of Laurenti (Rose), Sergio (late Madonna) and Mauro. Cherished Zio to many nephews and nieces.

Lindo loved having family around him. He was incredibly affectionate to his grandchildren and made sure everyone was always well fed. He enjoyed talking about his days in Italy, geography and his 32 years working at Canadian Pacific Railway. A passionate storyteller, proud family man and enthusiastic gardener. He had compassion, integrity and a charming character. Always well dressed and ready for an interesting conversation. He will be always loved, deeply missed and forever remembered by all is family and friends.

The Ricci family greatly appreciates your gestures of sympathy and condolences at this very difficult time. Due to the current COVID – 19 restrictions the visitation and services will remain private for the family only. Family and Friends are welcome to join the livestream funeral Mass on Tuesday, June 15th at 1:30pm via the website of Jerrett funeral home, St. Clair Chapel.  Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.

If desired, donations in Memory of Mr. Ricci may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
