Tshimanga Mukadi FortunatTSHIMANGA-MUKADI, Fortunat - Passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021.

He was born in Tshilenge village, Eastern Kasai province, Democratic Republic of Congo on December 15th 1944.

Elder Fortunat Tshimanga-Mukadi was married and father of 9 children, 32 grand-children and one great-grandchild

He attended the University of Lubumbashi in Congo and graduated in geology engineering and in education science in 1975. Back in Congo, he worked in ministry of public education as a high school Principal for more than 20 years.

He immigrated to Canada in year 2000. He attended University of Ottawa where he graduated in education. Elder Tshimanga-Mukadi used to earn his living as a high school teacher since he arrived in Canada.

Elder Fortunat Tshimanga-Mukadi retired as a certified teacher with the Viamonde District school Board in Toronto Ontario, Canada.
He attended many seminars to study the Bible and the Ten Commandments, and his most preferred hobby was to talk about the Adventist message, reading, studying and talking about the Bible. He also studied the Koran and diverse religious publications.

Elder Fortunat Tshimanga-Mukadi was a devout Christian, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather of a large family. He served as an elder at the Seventh Day Adventist church for 30 years.

Lastly, in 2014, he wrote and published a book titled : Not One Jot: personal testimony of his life.

Visitation will be held at DeMarco Funeral Visitation Centre, Woodbridge on Wednesday, June 16 and 17, 2021. A private family service will take place on Friday, June 18th, 2021.
